At Mane Liquor, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craft selection; if your order arrives damaged or is not what you expected, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Please note that due to the perishable nature of liquor and specialty foods, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Email our team at orders@maneliquor.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Awaiting Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
